With over 25 years of experience in the Canadian pharmaceutical industry, I have held roles at many companies including Sanofi and Pfizer and, most recently, I served as Canadian General Manager at Elvium Life Sciences/Purdue Pharma Canada. Currently, I am the CEO of Arctava and serve on the Board of Directors at Oak Valley Health and at Nucleus Independent Living. I am a passionate advocate for innovation, collaboration, and patient-centered care, recognized for building high-performing teams, mentoring future leaders, and driving meaningful impact across the healthcare system.

With 30 years of experience in healthcare, working with both large multinational corporations and as an entrepreneur, I now serve as a consultant for businesses in the healthcare sector and various other industries. I hold the positions of co-chair and senior advisor at BridgeBright Inc. and serve as an Independent Director and member of the Compliance & Compensation Committee on the Board of HLS Therapeutics. Additionally, I am a Director of the Operating Board of the Montreal Institute of Palliative Care and a Director of the Foundation Board of John Abbott College.
